SVFC PREMIER COACHING STAFF

JEFF BISCOE (2010 BOYS)
Coach Jeff started playing soccer when he was 4 years old. He began with the Simi Valley Youth Soccer League, followed by the Simi Valley Golden Eagles and then Chivas. In high school, Jeff played 4 years at Royal High School. Coaching life started in the late 90s when he was brave enough to coach his wife’s soccer team in the Simi Adult League. Coach Jeff continued until his oldest son was old enough to play in SVYSL in 2007, where he coached him there until age 7 and took first place in the U10 division with only 1 player that was a true U10 (everyone else was U8). Jeff then moved to Conejo Valley United and coached his son’s team until the end of 2013. They won the Coast Soccer League (CSL) every year over that span, won or made the final of more than 10 tournaments (including League Cup) and most importantly developed some fine young men and excellent soccer players. Jeff is especially proud of the fact that 6 of those players are currently playing on United States Development Academy teams. After his stint at CVU, he returned to Simi Youth and has been coaching his daughter and youngest son for the past few years. In 2017, Mike Hibdon and Jeff were selected to coach the 2006 Simi Valley Premier Girls club team. They finished in 2nd place in the Coast Soccer League Bronze Division in their first year together and are looking forward to improving next season. Coach Jeff believes in teaching players in a fun, positive and competitive manner where each player can grow and become the best player and person they can be.

MIKE ROBLEDO (2006 BOYS)
Coach Robledo started playing soccer as a child in the Simi Valley Youth Soccer League at age five. Two seasons later he worked his way up to the club level and eventually helped win four State Cup Championships for Simi Valley. With that being said, he has great pride in this soccer club.  He moved on to play with and was coached by some of America's best like Sigi Schmid, Coach of the L.A. Galaxy. Traveling around the country playing soccer and learning was a special time in Coach Robledo's life and helped him realize his love, passion, and becoming a student of the game.

Coming back to Simi Valley where his roots began and raising his children, giving back to this community has been very important to Coach Robledo. He has been coaching his children's soccer teams as well as the local high school for the past few years. Coaching hundreds of kids in the same club he started his soccer career and setting a fire in the hearts of these young athletes for the sport that he loves, teaching them skills, good sportsmanship, improving confidence, self-esteem and long-term friendship with memories that last a lifetime only makes him love the game that much more. He has been in the game for over 40 years. His goal as your coach is getting your child to the next competitive level and thriving in this game we call soccer.  Coach Robledo currently holds a National E License.

KEITH COSTIGAN (2014/15 GIRLS & 2011 GIRLS)
Coach Keith is devoted husband and father to 3 girls. He has dedicated his time to coaching at both the rec level building  Team Thundercats and club level with FC United, North Valley & Premier.  Currently holds a 11v11 Coaching License and a Regional Referee License.   Coach Keith has an excellent understanding in Team Strategy and building a team from the ground up.  Recently his team became the Finalist in the 2024 Allstars Tournament of Champions.  He is now looking to build a new club team at the 2014/15 girls age group with Simi Valley Premier.

NICK TUTINO (2016/17 BOYS)
Nick Tutino was raised in Simi Valley and played for SV Premier at a young age. He then transitioned to Valley United Soccer Club where he played striker. His team won many major tournaments, including State Cup, which allowed them to be recognized throughout the state. Valley United played in the Elite tier for Cal South.

Nick’s passion for soccer continued beyond club and high school. After graduating from Simi Valley High School, he elected to play for a semi-pro team, LASC-Polonia, instead of playing college ball. After playing in the league for two years, Nick’s father passed away unexpectedly. This led to the tough decision to leave soccer and focus on family.

Shortly after, Nick met his wife and they began a family, having two sons. Nick started his coaching career with his oldest son, where he mentored and coached him in both soccer and flag football. After realizing the passion and humility in coaching youth sports, Nick has grown to love helping the youth develop. He now coaches both sons in soccer and football. His career path has allowed him to interact with the community and communicate with all ages. This has helped Nick with team development in skills, team building, and self reflection.

Nick is a well rounded coach who focuses on self improvement and skill development. He is under the belief that one’s commitment to the game begins with striving to be your best self in life. He has been around the sport for 35 years and plans to teach the youth to flourish in every aspect of life, not just soccer.

Nick currently holds 11v11 coaches certificate.
